Brewing vinegar is an art that’s centuries old. Naturally fermented, White Vinegar is a pantry staple used in baking and cooking.  We have food grade white vinegar and a cleaning vinegar. This one is our food grade.  Our white vinegar is 4% acetic acid.


White vinegar is used for a brine for pickling seasonal fruits and vegetables. Used in traditional hollandaise and béarnaise sauces, and perfect in a vinaigrette. A dash in the water when poaching eggs holds them together, and then there's the Kiwi favourite dessert Pavlova!
